I have been pleasantly suprised at how helpful this product has been. I purchased this to help my anxious thoughts and sleeping, wasn’t sure if it would help. I’ve taken this for about a month now and can say this has helped calmed my thoughts and feel more relaxed enough to stay asleep too. Without making me drowsy and still alert to go about my day as normal.
The taste is great a nice flavor of light chocolate mint, not over powering.
Will definitely purchase more Fairly priced and timely shipping So far I’ve enjoyed the tincture. I put a little in my coffee every morning and it seems to help me with my nerves and stress just enough to help me feel normal! I may tinker with dosage to see if that makes even better results.
